At TramitApp, security is our top priority. We strive to meet and exceed international standards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients’ data.
Below is an outline of our certifications and commitments regarding information security.
ISO/IEC 27001:2017 Certified Company
TramitApp is ISO 27001 certified, which guarantees the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all data, as well as the systems that process it.
National Security Framework (ENS) – Medium Category
The National Security Framework defines the security standards applicable to public entities in Spain. TramitApp has obtained this certification at the Medium category level.
Approved by the Spanish Tax Agency
TramitApp is certified by the Spanish Tax Agency for certified invoice digitisation, in accordance with the Resolution of 24 October 2007 of the State Tax Administration Agency on the procedure for the approval of digitisation software, as outlined in Order EHA/962/2007 of 10 April 2007. We meet the legal and technical requirements necessary to securely and reliably manage tax information. This approval further demonstrates our commitment to security and legality in all our operations.
Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
TramitApp complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Additionally, we assist the companies we work with in complying with this regulation. According to data protection law, companies must provide their employees with access to the personal information they hold about them.
With TramitApp, employees can access their personal information in their profile and modify it if necessary, thus facilitating companies’ legal obligations.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
According to the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), TramitApp can act as either a Data Controller or Processor. Given our relationship with clients, we most often act as a Data Processor.
We provide our clients with the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This document establishes the responsibilities of both parties and guarantees compliance with current regulations.
